Service Description

I am a Usui Ryoho Reiki Practitioner and Teacher. I trained with Lisa Powers who received her Reiki training from the Usui Ryoho Reiki lineage of practitioners from Japan. Reiki is a wellness healing modality that applies a gentle hands-on approach on, or over, the body during a treatment session. Reiki energy is thought of as life energy that flows naturally through all things and so promotes a sense of fluidity and wellness. Reiki treatments often create a relaxing and calming sensation that promotes inner harmony.
